“Inocybe Inception” is the most experimental Phaneronaut release to date, an aural trip through multiple strange dimensions, assisted by the aptly named Muscarin synthesizer.

The album is full of harsh noises and drones, sometimes with extreme stereo effects and a wide frequency range. Listen with care, especially on headphones. Still, like all Phaneronaout releases, “Inocybe Exception” is constructed to be listened to as an album, not just as a collection of tracks.
